Antigenul HLA-B27 şi imunoglobulinele serice în cadrul Spondilitei Anchilozante cu manifestări oculare

Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess the immuno-genetic disturbances of Immunoglobulin A, M, G and HLA-B27 antibody in patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis. The study was realised an 51 patients with diagnosis of Ankiloying Spondylitis and eyes involvement whom have been evaluated clinically, immunologically and genetically. As a result, the presence of HLA-B27 antibody has been detected in 93,54% . The patients with eyes manifestations have shown the higher activity of the disease - BASDAI - 9,15±1,28, wath a more frequent involvement of the peripheral joints and the enthesitis. The elevated levels of immunoglobulin A have been established in patients with HLA-B27 antibody.

Scopul lucrării a fost examinarea modificărilor imuno-genetice la nivelul imunoglobinelor serice A, M, G şi al antigenului HLA-B27 în cadrul spondilitei anchilozante cu manifestări oculare. Au fost efectuate investigaşiile pe un lot de 51 de pacienţi. În rezultatul studiului s-a înregistrat frecvenţa antigenul HLA-B27 în lotul de studiu- 93,54%. De asemenea s-a stabilit o activitate mai înaltă a maladiei - BASDAI -9,15±1,28 la pacienţii cu manifestări oculare şi mai frecvent s-au diagnosticat afectarea articulaţiilor periferice şi a entezilor. Niveluri elevate a imunoglobulinei A au prevalat în lotul de studiu şi a corelat cu Ag HLA-B27.
