Abstract:
In patients with duodenal ulcer Helicobacter pylori (HP) associated, disturbance of the high digestive motility and increased stomacal secretion is influenced by HP genotype, and is more often manifested in patients with toxygen colonies of HP CagA+, VacA+ (in special CagA+) comparing with non toxic colonies of HP (CagA-, VacA-).
