Optimizarea tratamentului bolnavilor cu sindromul bronhoobstructiv

Abstract

Accessory fenspirid inclusion in the complex therapy of patients with chronic pulmonary obstructive disease reduces the main clinical signs of the disease, normalizes the biochemical blood parameters, and improves the parameters of forced expiration. The usage of fenspirid in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma and chronic pulmonary obstructive disease has particular advantages in comparison with standard scheme, which permits to recommend it’s inclusion in current therapeutically schemas of pulmonary respiratory diseases aggravation.

Includerea remediului fenspirid în programul complex de tratament al pacienţilor cu astm bronşic (AB) şi bronhopneumopatie cronică obstructivă (BPCO) micşorează intensitatea simptoamelor clinice principale ale maladiei, normalizează parametrii biologici ai sângelui, ameliorează indicii funcţiei respiraţiei externe (FRE). Asocierea preparatului fenspirid avantajează schema de tratament standard al pacienţilor cu AB şi BPCO, ce permite de a recomanda acestui preparat în tactica curativă contemporană al exacerbărilor afecţiunilor cronice pulmonare.
