Abstract:
The comparative analysis of different primary and secondary prophylactic methods of haemorrhage from oesophago-gastric varices in patients with hepatic cyrrhosis and portal hypertenssion is exposed in the literature magazine. The pharmaco-therapeutic, endoscopic,
radioendovascular methods and the surgical treatment for portal hypertension correction are characterized chronologically.
În revista literaturii este expusă analiza comparativă a diverselor metode de profilaxie primară şi secundară a hemoragiei din varicele esofago-gastrice la bonavii cu ciroză hepatică şi hipertensiune portală, şi anume, sînt caracterizate în mod chronologic metodele farmacoterapeutice, endoscopice, radioendovasculare şi tratamentul chirurgical de corecţie al hipertensiunii portale.
