Sclerozarea endoscopică intravazală a varicelor esofagiene cu soluţie Trombovar 3% şi metoda combinată cu Aethoxysklerol 0,5%

Abstract

This article contains the results of endoscopic intravasal-paravasal esophagean varices sclerotherapy in patients with portal hypertension.The endoscopic miniinvasive correction schemes of portal hypertension syndrome are proposed here and also the intravasal sclerotherapy method with 3%Thrombovar and the combined method with 0.5% Aethoxysclerol. The advantages of this method were studied and also the distant,immediate results.

În articolul dat este expusă analiza rezultatelor utilizării sclerozării endoscopice intravazale şi paravazale a varicelor esofagiene la bolnavii cu hipertensiune portală. Sunt propuse schemele de corecţie miniinvazivă endoscopică a sindromului hipertensiunii portale, este redată metodica scleroterapiei intravazale cu sol.Trombovar 3% şi metoda combinată cu Aethoxysklerol 0,5%. Au fost studiate avantajele metodei date, rezultatele imediate şi la distanţă.
