Calitatea vieţii – criteriu eficacităţii tratamentului chirurgical

Abstract

Most of diseases affect the physical status of the patients, the behavioral psychology, emotional reactions and can change their place and role in social life. The physicians mostly deal with the results of physical, laboratory and instrumental investigations of patient more often, than with information about psychological and social problems associated with the disease. Quality of life is one of the new values parameters of health care efficacy.

Majoritatea maladiilor afectează nu numai starea fizică a omului, dar şi psihologia comportamentului, reacţiile emoţionale, precum şi modifică locul şi rolulul omului în viaţa socială. De regulă în câmpul vederii medicului sunt rezultatele investigaţiilor fizicale, instrumentale şi cele de laborator, ce descriu starea pacientului. Însă informaţia despre problemele psihologice şi sociale, apărute în rezultatul bolii nu este disponibilă pentru medic. Unul dintre criterii al eficacităţii ajutorului medical acordat este aprecierea calităţii vieţii
