Abstract:
Surgical interventions for colostoma’s clouser are characterized through high level of postoperative complications. 161 patients were treated in our clinic by reconstructive operations. Postoperative complications were recorded in 22,1% of cases. In preoperative examination spesial attention was given to the examination of motility of excluded part of gut, wich permited to decrease the risk of postoperative suture’s insuficiency.
Intervenţiile de lichidare a colostomei se caracterizează printr-o rată sporită de complicaţii postoperatorii. În clinică din 1994 până 2008 reconversia tractului digestiv au suportat-o 161 pacienţi, complicaţiile postoperatorii fiind înregistrate în 22,1% cazuri. În testarea preoperatorie a pacienţilor atenţie deosebită s-a oferit studierii motilităţii porţiunii excluse ce a permis micşorarea riscului de declanşare a insuficienţii suturilor anastamotice.
