dc.description.abstract The actual research main idea was to examine the possibility of blood cells cultivation, and especially of lymphocytes from patients in the sepsis stage. Blood was collected from 10 patients in the sepsis stage, from which subsequently has been selected the leucolymphocytar fraction, which later was incubated using Eagle culture, in mono level. At the end of the research the possibility of cultivation of immune-competent blood cells from patients in the sepsis stage was proved. In urma studiului s-a demonstrat posibilitatea cultivării celulelor imunocompetente la pacienţi septici. en_US
