Tratamentul chirurgical în complexul de recuperare al bolnavilor cu coxartroze

Abstract

This article shows the experience of the clinic in the surgical treatment of hip osteoarthritis. During the years 1991 - 2006 in our clinic were performed 549 surgeries in 456 patients for hip osteoarthritis. There were operated 201 men with the average age 49,6±0,9 years old (range from 18 to 76 years). In 103 patients were performed 112 intertrochanteric osteotomies, in 64 was performed the hip fusion, in 288 patients was performed total hip replacement. In the reference period, were performed 309 primary total hip replacements and 64 revision total hip replacements. During this study there were elaborated and tested programs of perioperative management of patients with hip osteoarthritis for those 3 methods of surgical treatment (hip osteotomy, hip fusion, total hip replacement).

Lucrarea prezintă experienţa clinicii în tratamentul chirurgical al coxartrozelor. Pe parcursul anilor 1991-2006 pentru coxartroză au fost operaţi 456 pacienţi la care au fost efectuate 549 intervenţii chirurgicale, fiind operaţi 201 bărbaţi cu vârsta medie de 49,6±0,9 ani (variaţii de la 18 la 76 ani), şi 255 femei cu vârsta medie de 50,7± 0,8 ani (variaţii de la 16 la 86 ani). La 103 de pacienţi au fost efectuate 112 de osteotomii intertrohanteriene, la 64 s-a efectuat artrodeza şoldului, 288 de pacienţi au beneficiat de ATŞ. În perioada în care am realizat studiul dat, au fost efectuate 309 de artroplastii primare şi 64 de artroplastii de reluare. Pe parcursul studiului au fost elaborate şi testate clinic programe de management perioperator al pacientului cu coxartroză pentru cele 3 metode de tratament chirurgical (osteotomiile intertrohanteriene, artrodeza şoldului, artroplastia totală de şold).
