Diagnosticul diferenţial, manifestările clinice şi factorii de risc ale eroziunilor dentare

Abstract

The high prevalence of the dental erosion could be the result of a wrong diagnosis. In this case, probably, exclusion of the risk factors and early determination of the incipient stadia is more important than the treatment itself. Knowledge about the validity of diagnostic criteria of different forms of tooth wear is incomplete and that's why the analysis of some features is needed.

Prevalenţa înaltă a eroziunilor dentare poate fi rezultatul unui diagnostic greşit. În acest caz, probabil, mai importantă este excluderea factorilor de risc şi determinarea precoce a stadiilor incipiente, decât însuşi tratamentul. Cunoştinţele despre validarea criteriilor de diagnosticare ale diferitor forme de uzură dentară este incompletă şi iată de ce este necesară analiza unor particularităţi.
