Unele aspecte ale hipersensibilităţii dentare

Abstract

In this study are presented clinical features, the results which are based on the examinations and treatment of 21 patients with different age and hypersensibility of teeth in the last 1.5 years. In the treating of the sensible necks of the teeth it is necessary the following: 1) Determination of the etiological and predisposing factors, and try to reduce its effects; 2) Fighting dolor sensations meaning sigilation of denuded dentinal tubes: a) using some materials containing fluor; b) application the system of Gluma dentinal adhesives with the following photopolimerisation. In the case of the following of caution measures, all of this actions improve enough the health of the patients, who suffer from hyper sensibility of the teeth’s necks.

În acest studiu sunt prezentate date clinice, rezultate din examinarea şi tratarea pe parcursul ultimilor 1,5 ani a 21 de pacienţi de diferite vârste cu hipersensibilitate a dinţilor. La tratamentul coletelor sensibile ale dinţilor este necesară: 1) stabilirea factorilor etiologici şi predispozanţi şi încercarea de a le diminua efectele; 2) combaterea senzaţiilor dureroase, adica sigilarea tubulilor dentinari denudaţi, prin: a) folosirea unor compuşi, cu conţinut de fluor; b) aplicarea sistemului de adezivi dentinari Gluma cu fotopolimerizarea lui ulterioară. Cu condiţia respectării măsurilor de precauţie toate aceste acţiuni ameliorează satisfăcător sănătatea pacienţilor, suferinzi de hipersensibilitate a coletelor dentare.
