Sistema activ chirurgicală în tratamentul arsurilor la vârste pediatrice

Abstract

The present work is based on the analysis of treatment of 4864 children with burns in the Department of Burns of the Republican Clinical Hospital „Em.Coţaga”. The purpose of it is to study the incidence of burns and complications in children under 18. The significance of a conservative choice and a gradual surgical treatment of burns has been noted. Employing an active surgical system of burns in children led to a significant decrease of average terms of admission in the in-patient department and of improvement of functional and cosmetic outcomes.

Studiul prezintă rezultatele tratamentului 4864 copii cu arsuri în secţia combustii a spitalului Republican Clinic pentru copii „Em.Coţaga”. Scopul lucrării a fost de a studia incidenţa, caracterul alterărilor şi complicaţiilor. A fost menţionat importanţa perfectării tratamentului conservativ şi chirurgical pe etape a arsurilor la copii. Implimentarea sistemei activ chirurgicale în tratamentul arsurilor, au adus la micşorarea termenilor de tratament în staţionar şi îmbunătăţirea rezultatelor funcţionale şi cosmetice.
