Tratamentul formelor severe de astm bronşic la copii

Abstract

The results of the basic treatment of severe forms of children’s bronchial asthma in the compliance with GINA2008 requirements are presented. The treatment was carried out using glucocorticosteroidal inhalers „Flixotide” and „Seretide”. Also the spectrum of bronchus sensibility changes and lungs ventilation parameters deviation in examined patients was determined. The action of glucocorticosteroid’s inhalers was investigated together with the prolonged β2-adrenomimeticals in case of severe-persistent bronchial asthma evolution, determining their effects in treatment and over patient’s life quality, as well.

În articolul sunt prezentate datele tratamentului de bază a formelor grave ale astmului bronşic la copii în conformitate cu cerinţele GINA2008. Tratamentul a fost efectuat cu inhalator corticosteroid „Flixotide” şi „Seretide”. De asemănea a fost determinat spectrul modificărilor sensibilităţii bronşilor şi dereglări ale indicilor ventilării pulmonare la bolnavi cercetaţi. A fost studiată acţiunea glucocorticosteroizilor inhalatori şi asocierea lor cu β2-adrenomimetice de lungă durată în tratamentul astmului bronşic la copii cu evoluţia sever-persistentă, determinându-se efectele lor asupra bolii şi calităţii vieţii pacienţilor.
