Abstract:
In this research there were included 16 children with bronchial asthma of different grades of severity (the slightly persistent bronchial asthma was detected at 3 children, the moderate asthma at 8 children, and the severe asthma at 5 children). The diagnostic importance of FEV1, the peak expiratory flow by spirometric method and the value of the peak expiratory flow by peak expiratory flow – metrical established the bronchial reversibility at the children with bronchial asthma. The determination of these indices is in direct correlation with the grades of severity of the bronchial asthma.
