Abstract:
This study was performed to evaluate the oxygen saturation of peripheral blood and the functional capacity of respiratory system after the physic effort in 35 children with chronic pulmonary disease. The control group included 28 healthy school children. The effort test revealed an insufficient compensatory mechanism of respiratory function in children with broncho-pulmonary malady. The oxygen saturation of peripheral blood decreased from 96.5±0.8% to 92.8±1.2%. In the healthy children these values remained constant.
Studiul actual a fost iniţiat pentru aprecierea saturaţiei cu O2 şi capacităţii funcţionale respiratorii după efort fizic la 35 copii cu patologie bronho-pulmonară cronică. Lotul de control a inclus 28 copii sănătoşi de vârstă şcolară. Testul cu efort fizic a demonstrat o stare de compensare insuficientă a funcţiei respiratorii la copii cu maladii pulmonare cronice, reducerea saturaţiei sângelui periferic cu oxigen de la 96,5±0,8% până la 92,8±1,2%. La copiii sănătoşi aceste valori au rămas constante.
