Abstract:
It was established that the biggest index value was registered between spirographic index (FVC, FEV1) and the relative humidity of the air and the concentration of the CO2 (r>0,6) both in chronic bronchitis and asthma. Also, the multifactor unfavorable conditions were correlated directly with the severity of diseases. After the estimation of the risk factors it was determinated, that on the first place it was the dampens, mildew and high humidity in houses, that show important factors in the triggering of the access asthma and development of chronic bronchitis.
Cea mai mare valoare a coeficientului de corelaţie a fost înregistrată între indicii spirografici (FVC, FEV1), umiditatea relativă a aerului şi concentraţia de CO2 (r>0,6), atât în bronşită cronică cât şi în astmul bronşic. De asemenea, condiţiile nefavorabile multifactoriale corelează direct cu severitatea maladiei. După estimarea factorilor de risc s-a decelat, că pe primul loc se situează igrasia, mucegaiul şi umiditatea sporită în locuinţe, care prezintă factori importanţi în declanşarea acceselor de astm bronşic şi dezvoltarea bronşitei cronice.
