Abstract

Human resources are one of the basic instruments in well operation of the health systems. One of the major problems in Human resources management is missing of the educational programs of the Human resources staffs. The implementing of the professional educational programs of the Human resources staffs will be very helpful in management and planning of Human resources in health. It seems to be necessary to elaborate an educational program and trained Human resources workers.

Resurele Umane sunt capacităţile de bază de intervenţie în sistemul de sănătate. Una din problemele majore în Managementul resurselor umane este lipsa sistemului de formare a specialiştilor în managementul resurselor umane. Implementarea unui atare sistem va fi foarte oportună în procesul de management şi planificare a resurselor umane în sănătate.
