Particularităţile osteoartrozei la femei în perioada menopauzală

Abstract

The study of the joint pathology have not only a special interest for the rheumatologists, traumatologists, radiologists, neurologists, but for specialists of the physical culture, sport and recuperation. According to objectives in the group of study were included 28 pacients with knee osteoarthritis. The most common symptom of osteoarthritis is the pain. The radiological manifestations of different degrees have appeared latter than cartilage changes detected by USG. Osteoarthritis is pathology with significant impact on quality of life and negativ influence the joint motility and the movement of the patient.

Studierea aparatului locomotor reprezintă interes deosebit pentru reumatologi, traumatologi, radiologi, neurologi, dar şi pentru specialiştii din domeniul culturii fizice, sportului şi recuperării. Conform obiectivelor trasate, în studiu au fost incluse 28 paciente cu gonartroză. Cel mai frecvent simptom ale osteoartrozei a fost durerea. Manifestările radiologice de diverse stadii au apărut mai tardiv decât modificările cartilajului depistate prin ultrasonografie. Osteoartroza este o patologie cu impact semnificativ asupra calităţii vieţii şi influienţând negativ motilitatea articulară şi deplasarea liberă a pacientului.
