Aspecte clinico-endoscopice în gastropatia portal hipertensivă din ciroza hepatică

Abstract

According to a study which included 85 patients with portal hypertensive gastropathy from hepatic cirrhosis of different origin, was made a conclusion that pathology appears in men cases, 50-60 years old, more often with light forms of lesions(83%). Endoscopic prevails mosaic aspect 89, 5% and hyperemic one 10,5%. Clinical syndromes are more expressed in patients with severe forms of portal hypertensive gastropathy.

În baza a 85 pacienţi cu Gastropatie portal hipertensivă (GPH) din ciroza hepatică de diversă etiologie s-a constatat, că afecţiunea se iniţiază la bărbaţi cu vârsta între 50-60 ani preponderent cu leziuni uşoare (83%). Endoscopic predomină aspect mozaicat 89,5 % şi aspect hiperemic 10,5 %. Sindroamele clinice sunt mai pronunţate la pacienţii cu Gastropatie portal hipertensivă severă.
