Abstract:
The immune reaction of the host to the antigens from the surface of Anti Toxocara IgG includes a prominent eosinophilasis (as granulomatos reaction) and a hypergammagobulinemy with hyper –Ig E (as manifestation of subset Th2 of lymphocytes T helper). So, accordingly, the dynamics of levels of Anti Toxocara IgG antibodies in patients with toxocarosis associated with respiratory pathologies are dependent to the cells᾽ immunity state and vice versa. The disorders of the cells immunity in patients with toxocarosis lead on the slower positive evolution of the disease and need an additional supplementary treatment of the disorders of the immunologic reactivity.
