Anticorpii tiroidieni după tratamentul chirurgical a pacienţilor cu guşă difuză toxică

Abstract

After surgical treatment of 108 patiens with diffuse toxic goiter (DTG), serum level of thyroglobulin antibodies and thyroperoxidase antibodies dicreased due to the lowering of thyroid volume that synthetizes antibodies. In cases when serum titers of thyroglobulin Ab and thyroperoxidase Ab remained elevated, the recurrence of DTG was more frequent. In patients with significantly elevated titres of thyroglobulin Ab and thyroperoxidase Ab during more than one preoperative year, but in normal postoperative conition, hypothyroidism was more frequently registered

După tratamentul chirurgical a 108 pacienţi cu guşă difuză toxică (GDT) au scăzut nivelurile serice a anticorpilor la tiroglobulină (AcTg) şi la tiroperoxidază (AcTPO) pe contul micşorării volumului tiroidian producător de anticorpi. În cazurile de menţinere a titrelor serice crescute de AcTg şi AcTPO a fost înregistrată mai des recidivarea GDT. La pacienţii cu titre evident crescute de AcTg şi AcTPO timp de peste un an preoperator, dar normale postoperator s-a instalat mai frecvent hipotiroidia.
