Abstract:
Of 57 patients with fibro-cavitary tuberculosis who were treated in the clinic at the Institute of Phtisiopneumology most patients are from socially vulnerable group of people: ¼ of the patients are prisoners, 31 (54,5%) are not employed. 66,7% of patients had extended processes with complications. In 66,0% of patients eliminators of M. tuberculosis was established resistance to antituberculosis drugs. Concomitant diseases were established in 27 (47,4%) patients. The study results indicate that for patients with fibro-cavitary tuberculosis are needed special methods of recording and treatment taking into account their very complicated social and clinical condition.
Din 57 bolnavi cu tuberculoza fibro-cavitară care s-au aflat la tratament în clinica Institutului de Ftiziopneumologie majoritatea pacienţilor sunt din grupul persoanelor social-vulnerabile: ¼ din pacienţi sunt foşti deţinuţi, 31 (54,5%) nu sunt angajaţi în câmpul muncii. 66,7% de bolnavi au avut procese extinse cu complicaţii. La 66,0% din bolnavi eliminatori de M. tuberculosis a fost stabilită rezistenţa la preparatele antituberculoase. Boli concomitente au fost stabilite la 27 (47,4%) bolnavi. Rezultatele studiului indică, că pentru bolnavii cu tuberculoza fibro-cavitară sunt necesare metode de evidenţa şi tratament speciale luând în consideraţie starea lor deosebit de complicată în planul social şi clinic.
