Abstract:
Autonomic disorders by patients with diabetes mellitus
Diabetic neuropathy (DN) is a neurological disorder caused by consequences of a primary disease - diabetes mellitus. Diabetic neuropathy (DN) leads to a variety of autonomic disorders, severity of which depends on the specific destruction of nerve structures. We examined 45 persons (25 patients with diabetes who had DN, 10 healthy and 10 patients with diabetes, who don't had DN). Patients with DN were identified hyperventilation disorders, respiratory and the sympathetic nervous system disorders, high frequency of anxiety and depression.
