Abstract:
Involvement of peripheral nervous system in stroke patient is a less publicized topic, probably because of many other lifethreatening features of stroke. In diseases affecting central motoneuron, stroke inclusively, peripheral motoneurons become involved in early stages. Etiopathogeny of this involvement probably is transsynaptic degeneration. In case of stroke in preconditioned brain these phenomena develop in a special way that suggests hypothesis of stupefaction of central and peripheral motoneurons.
Afectarea sistemului nervos periferic la pacienţii cu accident cerebral vascular este un subiect mai puţin mediatizat, probabil pe motiv de multe alte aspecte stringente ce le are stroke-ul. În cadrul suferinţei motoneuronului central în diferite nozologii, inclusiv stroke, la o etapă timpurie are loc implicarea şi al motoneuronului periferic. Etiopatogenia acestei suferinţe subiacente probabil este degenerarea transsinaptică. În creierul precondiţionat, în caz de stroke, aceste procese decurg intr-un mod aparte, ce induce ipoteza de stupefiere al motoneuronilor centrali şi periferici.
