Particularităţile clinice şi evolutive ale tulburărilor afective în cadrul afecţiunilor maligne hematologice

Abstract

This article is aimed to highlight the clinical and developmental particularities of affective disorders in malignant hematological diseases. The study established that patients with hemoblastosis have affective disorders in 80% of cases. Analysis of the obtained data showed that basic treatment associated with psychotropic treatment is necessary, because only these actions contribute to the decrease in affective manifestations and improves the quality of life of these patients.

Lucrarea a avut ca scop evidenţierea particularităţilor clinice şi evolutive ale tulburărilor afective în cadrul afecţiunilor maligne hematologice. În baza acestui studiu s-a stabilit, că la pacienţi cu hemoblastoze se constată tulburări afective în 80% cazuri. Analiza datelor obţinute a demonstrat, că tratamentul de bază asociat cu tratamentul psihofarmacoterapeutic este necesar, deoarece, contribue la ameliorarea manifestărilor afective şi îmbunătăţeşte calitatea vieţii acestor pacienţi.
