dc.description.abstract The article is a review of literature and opinions of the authors on the study of liver morphofunctional changes, the adequate correction of metabolic disorders, imbalance of serum amino acids, ammoniemia, prothrombin and fibrinogen indices, and applying the methods of diagnosis and treatment mentioned, becoming the primary tasks in maintenance therapy and prophylaxis of hepatic encephalopathy and hypohepatia. Articolul este o continuare a expunerii opiniei autorilor asupra studierii schimbărilor morfofuncţionale ale ficatului, corecţia adecvată a tulburărilor metabolice, dezechilibrul amoniacizilor plasmatici (ACR, AA), amoniemia şi indicelui protrombinic şi a fibrinogenului, şi aplicarea metodelor de diagnostic şi tratament, expuse mai sus, devin sarcinile primordiale în terapia conservativă şi profilaxia EH şi IH. en_US
