Tratamentul medicamentos a echinococcozei ficatului

Abstract

The effectiveness of medication with drugs from Albendazole group remains a subject for discussion. We concluded that the therapy with “Escazol” is an effective supplementary method of treatment. We recommend this drug for patients with polyorganic, recurrent echinococcosis in the postoperative period, and as a variant of medication for uncomplicated hydatid cyst of small size.

Eficacitatea tratamentului medicamentos cu preparatele din grupul Albendazolei încă rămâne un subiect de discuţii. Noi am ajuns la concluzie că tratamentul cu „Escazol” este o metoda de tratament suplimentară eficace. Noi recomandăm administrarea preparatului dat pacienţilor cu echinococoza recidivantă poliorganică şi ca varianta a terapiei medicamentoase a chisturilor hidatice de dimensiuni mici.
