Imunitatea locală şi generală la bolnavii cu tonsilofaringită cronică

Abstract

The authors performed a study of 13 patients with chronic tonsilopharyngitis and had investigated their local and general immunity. They found that there are changes in both cellular and humoral immunity. Conservative methods of treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis and pharyngitis led to improve local and general immunity indices and immune reactivity reaches to normal figures, particularly the absolute numbers of lymphocytes, T and B lymphocytes and the activity of the cellular immunity.

Autorii au efectuat un studiu asupra a 13 bolnavi cu tonsilofaringită cronică la care au fost cercetaţi indicii imunităţii locale şi generale. Rezultatele examenelor la aceşti bolnavi au constatat că la ei au loc schimbări atât în imunitatea celulară cât şi în cea umorală. Metodele conservatoare de tratament a bolnavilor cu tonsilită şi faringită cronică a dus la ameliorarea atât a indicilor imunităţii locale cât şi a celei generale, în particular are loc reabilitarea reactivităţii imune până la cifre normale, îndeosebi a cifrelor absolute de limfocite, limfocite T şi B, precum şi a activităţii imunităţii celulare.
