Unele aspecte de conduită în tratamentul rinosinuzitelor polipoase

Abstract

The article is focused on a theoretical study with concepts evaluation of ethiopathogenesis, paraclinical and clinic-therapeutic diagnosis. It is presented the results of medical and surgical treatment of polypoid rhinosinusitis. The authors studied a group of 143 patients with polypoid rhinosinusitis for a period of 36 months. The right surgical treatment associated with the one based on drugs gives good results which concern the life quality and the improvement of simptomathology.

Articolul este axat asupra unui studiu teoretic cu evalurea noţiunilor de etiopatogeneză, diagnostic, paraclinic şi clinico-terapeutic. Se prezintă rezultatele tratamentului chirurgical şi medicamentos a rinosinuzitei polipoase. Autorii studiază un grup de 143 de pacienţi cu rinosinuzită polipoasă pe o perioadă de 36 luni.Tratamentul chirurgical corect şi asociat cu cel medicamentos, oferă rezultate bune în cea ce priveşte calitatea vieţii şi ameliorarea simtomatologiei.
