Eficacitatea tratamentului laser in comparaţie cu tratamentul chirurgical, medicamentos şi combinat al retinopatiei diabetice

Abstract

In the work are presented the analysis of the efficiency and of the posibilities of laser treatment in diabetic retinopathy (DR) and a comparative evaluation of the efficiency of different types of treatment: laser, surgical, drug, combined in DR patients with associated pathologies, insulinodependent or insulinoindependent.

În lucrare este prezentată analiza eficacităţii şi a modalităţilor de tratament laser a retinopatiei diabetice (RD) şi evaluarea comparativă a eficacităţii diferitor tipuri de tratament: laser, chirurgical, medicamentos, mixt al RD la pacienţi cu diabet zaharat tip 2 insulinodependenţi (ID) sau insulinoindependenţi (IID) şi cu patologii asociate.
