Cordul tireotoxic – o stare de insuficienţă cardiacă semnificativă, dar reversibilă

Abstract

Thyrotoxic heart is a situation when cardiac failure prominents, thyrotoxicosis remaining on the second place. So as in present thyrotoxicosis is believed to be resolvable, every cases of thyrotoxic heart must be evaluated. In the work have been studied 140 cases of thyrotoxic goiter treated in the Clinic of Endocrinology. 91 (65%) of them presented different symptoms of thyrotoxic cardiomyopathy, and 30 (21,1%) - thyrotoxic heart. 27 (19,2%) were consulted the first time in the Clinic of Cardiosurgery in the same Republican Clinical Hospital. In the work there were studied the objective and subjective causes of problems in diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis of thyrotoxic heart.

Cordul tireotoxic este o complicaţie gravă a guşii toxice,manifestîndu-se preponderent prin insuficienţă cardiacă,simptomele de tireotoxicoză trecînd pe planul doi.Întrucît în prezent tireotoxicoza se consideră o maladie vindecabilă,fiecare caz de cord tireotoxic necesită a fi evaluat multilateral. În lucrare sunt analizate 140 cazuri de tireotoxicoză tratate în Clinica de Endocrinologie Spitalului Clinic Republican .91(65%) prezentau diferite simptome de cardiopatie tireotoxică, iar 30 (21,1%) – cord tirectoxic.27 (19,2%) bolnavi au fost consultaţi primar în clinica de Cardiochirurgie. În lucrare sunt analizate cauzele obiective şi subiective ale problemelor de diagnostic, tratament şi profilaxie ale cordului tireotoxic.
