Evaluarea leziunilor articulare şi periarticulare la pacienţii cu artrită psoriazică

Abstract

The study assessed the overall damage of the peripheral joints and periarticular structures in 31 psoriatic arthritis patients. Men have prevailed mainly with axial and lower limb injury. It was specified the clinical and diagnostically significance of enzymopathies at various stages of the disease, estimated by the MASES and MANDER scores. The most common entesial location was certified to be the lower limb preceded by periarthritis located in different parts of the spine.

În cadrul studiului au fost evaluate în ansamblu afectările aticulaţiilor periferice şi structurilor periarticulare la 31 de pacienţi cu artrita psoriazică. Bărbaţii au predominat, preponderent cu afectarea membrelor inferioare și axial. A fost specificată importanţa clinică şi diagnostică a entezopatiilor la diverse etape de evoluţie a maladiei, estimate pin intermediul scorurilor enteziale MASES şi MANDER. Ponderea celor mai frecvente entezopatii s-a atestat la nivelul membrelor inferioare, precedate de periartritele localizate în diverse zone ale coloanei vertebrale
