Citomix în tratamentul hepatitei virale C cronice

Abstract

The treatment with cytomix of 30 patients with chronic viral hepatitis C, for the duration of 4 months contributed to the, improvement till the disappearance of clinical symptoms; the improvement of cytolysis syndrome indices, which indicates in favour of hepatoprotective features of the drug; a moderate decreasing of anti-HVC IgM titres with a bias in 2 was found; an improvement of the immune status was seen until a normal one to 66,6% of the patients enroled in the study, which confirm immunomodulatory proprieties of the drug. Tratamentul cu Cytomix la 30 pacienţi cu diagnosticul Hepatită virală C cronică, cu o durată de 4 luni a contribuit la ameliorarea simptomatologiei clinice, la ameliorarea indicilor sindromului citolitic, ceia ce pledează în favoarea efectului hepatoprotector al remediului. Scăderea moderată a titrului de anti-HVC IgM urmărită la unele cazuri, ameliorarea indicilor statutului imun, iar la 66,6% din pacienţii aflaţi în studiu, normalizarea acestora, demonstrează efectul imunomodilator al preparatului
