Abstract:
Salmonellosis remains an actual problem of the acute intestinal diseases in children. In the
last years a high incidence of diseases was registred. In the perioad of 2008-2010 in Municipal
Infectios Hospital 200 cases of salmonellosis were confirmed by specifical investigations.
Etiologycal agent predominantly is S.enteritidis. In the study, were mentioned the peculiarities of
the diseases and principles of treatment.
Salmoneloza rămâne o problemă actuală în bolile diareice acute (BDA) la copii. În ultimii
ani se observă o creştere uşoară a cazurilor de boală. În studiu au fost luaţi 200 copii cu
salmoneloză confirmată prin investigaţii specifice, spitalizaţi în Spitalul clinic Municipal de Boli
contagioase la copii, în perioada anilor 2008-2010. Agentul cauzal cel mai frecvent a fost
S.еnteritidis. In studiu se menţionează structura etiologică, tabloul clinic şi evoluţia bolii,
particularităţi de vârstă, principiile de tratament.
