Markeri ai comportamentului adictiv în etilism şi drogodependenţă

Abstract

The present study is based on the research of an important aspect of addictology represented by the elucidation of the biochemical markers before and after psychoactive substances consumption. The markers of the pathological state, specific for the intake episode, and other markers onset present before the pathology onset and persisting it – are revealed. The particular characteristics of the clinical markers are discussed: their biology, pharmacology and genetics. Modifications of the existent methods of confirming the systematic or recurrent consumption are proposed to improve the diagnosis of addiction.

Lucrarea se referă la o problemă actuală care ţine de adictologie cu evidenţierea trăsăturilor specifice biochimice până şi după consumul substanţei psihoactive. Sunt evidenţiaţi markerii de stare, specifici episodului de boală şi markerii de trăsătură, care sunt prezenţi înaintea bolii, în timpul bolii şi la etapa de remisie. Se redau particularităţile markerilor clinici, biologici,farmacologici, fiziologici şi genetici. Se propune reevaluarea metodelor existente pentru constatarea consumului sistematic sau recent de alcool şi de diagnosticare a adicţiei.
