Abstract:
The aim of this work is to study the compliance features in refractory depression,
identifying the directions and methods of application of therapeutic interventions in this context.
One way to increase adherence to a group of 64 patients with resistant depressive episodes, was
to improve chemotherapy. This was done by changing the therapeutic regimen, but also due to
the reduction of adverse effects. Adherence was encouraged through an individualized treatment
with the choice of a better tolerated drug. It was reported that improving patients' symptoms will
appear over time. The indicated treatment was not a limitation of personal freedom. The family
has favored compliance with a supportive involvement, avoiding conflicts.
S-a relatat pacienţilor că
eviatarea conflictelor.
