Psihoterapia tulburărilor depresive, asociate cu maladii concomitente

Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop the conduct of psychotherapeutic treatment of patients with depressive disorders associated with concomitant diseases. This article contains different aspects of installation conditions of resistant depression on a group of 34 patients. A great influence on the dynamics of resistant depression has been shown to have psychological factors. In the therapeutic work was developed the most favorable choice for psychotherapeutic options. Maintaining these psychotherapy sessions allowed augmentation patient compliance by increasing concern for treatment.

Scopul lucrării constă în elaborarea conduitei de tratament psihoterapeutic al pacienţilor cu tulburări depresive, asociate cu maladii concomitente. Acest articol conţine diferite aspecte ale condiţiilor de instalare a depresiei rezistente pe un lot de 34 pacienţi. O influenţă deosebită asupra dinamicii depresiei rezistente s-au demonstrat a avea factorii psihotraumatizanţi. În lucrare a fost elaborată conduita terapeutică, referitoare la alegerea celei mai favorabile opţiuni psihoterapeutice. Întreţinerea acestor şedinţe de psihoterapie a permis augmentarea complianţei pacientului prin creşterea interesului, preocupării pentru tratament.
