Abruptio placentae

Abstract

Abruptio placentae (AP) represents a serious social and medical issue. The subject matter of the research was evaluating the causes and the consequences of AP. The study performed on 35 patients from ICSDOSM and C during 2010, having been diagnosed with AP, proved the main factor causing AP to be hypertension that was present in the 28,5% of the cases, among the sample patients just 2 of them had been diagnosed with chronic arterial hypertension, the other cases of AP were based on different stages of preeclampsia.

Abruptio placentae(AP) constituie o problemă medico-socială de importanţă majoră. Scopul lucrării prezente a fost evaluarea cauzelor şi consecinţelor AP. Studiul retrospectiv efectuat a inclus 35 de paciente internate în ICSDOSM şi C în perioada anului 2010 cu diagnosticul de AP. Rezultatele studiului au demonstrat faptul că factorul primordial care favorizează abruptio placentae reprezintă stările hipertensive indentificate în 28,5%, dintre care doar 2 paciente au suferit de hipertensiunea arterială cronică, restul cazurilor de AP apărute pe fundalul unei preeclampsii de diferit grad
