Studiul totalului antracenderivaţilor în speciile genului Hypericum din flora Republicii Moldova

Abstract

The quantitative analysis of the antracene derivatives (hypericin) from 4 species of Hypericum (H. perforatum L., H. elegans Steph., H. tetrapterum Fries., H. hirsutum L.) was performed by the TLC method. The quantitative determination of the total anthracene derivative from vegetal drugs was performed by the spectophotometric method.

Prin tehnica cromatografie pe strat subţire în părţile aeriene ale 4 specii de Hypericum (H. perforatum L., H. elegans Steph., H. tetrapterum Fries., H. hirsutum L.) din flora spontană, s-a identificat prezenţa hipericinei. Dozarea totalului al antracenderivaţilor în produse vegetale s-a efectuat prin metoda spectrofotometrică.
