Analiza chimico-toxicologică a Carbamazepinei

Abstract

We elaborated the TLC method of carbamazepine identification by using three developped systems, specrophotometric method of quantitative determination for carbamazepine in capsule of 0.1g. Using the analytical methods elaborated by us over the artificial test there was extracted carbamazepine from biological liquids (plasma, urine). The output of carbamazepine from plasma was 51.18%; from urine- 43.50% Having considered the elaborated methods as specific and reproductive they are recommended for the study of carbamazepine in biological liquids.

A fost elaborată metoda cromatografiei pe strat subţire de identificare a carbamazepinei, utilizând 3 sisteme de solvenţi,metoda spectrofotometrică de dozare în capsule 0,1g. Aplicând metodele analitice elaborate de noi la probele biologice în „vitro” s-a efectuat extracţia carbamazepinei din lichidele biologice. Randamentul carbamazepinei din plasma sanguină este de 51,18%, din urină - 43,50%. Dat fiind faptul, că metodele folosite sunt specifice şi reproductive ele se recomandă pentru studierea carbamazepinei în lichidele biologice.
