Abstract:
Therapeutic failure is one of the causes of low succes rate. There were studied clinical,
radiological and bacteriological features at 105 new cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with
treatment failure, comparing with 68 new cases of pulmonary tuberculosis cured. It was
established that the therapeutical failure, developps from severe forms of tuberculosis, late
detected, with primary resistance, with treatment outcome: dead 1/4 of patients, 1/3 defaulted.

Eşecul terapeutic este una din cauzele ratei scăzute ale succesului terapeutic. Au fost
studiate particularităţile clinice, radiologice şi microbiologice la 105 cazuri noi de tuberculoză
pulmonară cu eşec după 5 luni de tratament şi la 68 de cazuri de tuberculoză pulmonară
vindecate. S-a constatat că eşecul terapeutic dezvoltă cazurile noi de tuberculoză severă şi
extinsă, depistate tardiv, pasiv, cu rezistenţă primară. Decesul a survenit la ¼ din bolnavii cu
eşec terapeutic, iar stabilizarea procesului tuberculos a determinat abandonul la 1/3 din bolnavi.
