Limfoamele non-Hodgkin cu afectarea primară a splinei

Abstract

Primary spleen Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) currently remains the least studied of all malignant lymphomas. NHL prolymphocytic and lymphoma are frequently registered histological types. The most predominant by affected age group is 50-80 years, with an average age of 65.2 years. People in rural areas dominate the structure of the affected population. Pensioners get sick more often. Most of the patients are detected in the IV stage tumor. Splenomegaly is a main clinical symptom. Cytopenias with leukemia are typical laboratory results with an important diagnostic value. Splenectomy in combination with conventional chemotherapy is the most effective treatment method.

Limfoamele non-Hodgkin (LNH) primare ale splinei la moment rămîn a fi cel mai puţin studiate din totalul limfoamelor maligne. LNH prolimfocitar şi limfoblastic sunt tipurile histologice frecvent înregistrate. Grupul de vîrsta predominant afectat este 50-80 de ani, cu o medie de vîrstă de 65,2 ani. Persoanele din mediul rural domină în structura populaţiei afectate. Pensionarii se îmbolnăvesc mai des. Majoritatea bolnavilor sunt depistaţi în stadiul IV al tumorii. Splenomegalia este un simptom clinic principal. Citopeniile cu leucemizare sunt rezultatele caracteristice de laborator, cu o valoare diagnostică importantă. Splenectomia în combinaţie cu chimioterapia convenţională constituie cea mai efectivă metodă de tratament.
