Abstract:
It was found that cerebral vascular pathology in both masterly arteries meets 2 times
more frequently after 60 years, only affecting these arteries apart. The risk factors are diabetes,
high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, which favors occlusive disease. Evolution of the disease
and clinics depends on the status of anastomosis between vertebrobasilar and carotid systems,
the degree of vessels occlusion and by acute or slow gradually onset of the disease.
