Abstract:
The article analyzes and systematizes the adverse effects of transcranial direct current
stimulation by analyzing the treatment results of 1120 patients with central and peripheral
nervous system disorders. The division of local and general adverse effects was proposed.
General adverse effects can be grouped into transient physiological reactions, worsening of
existing pathological signs, the appearance of new others disturbances during the treatment, the
development of addiction to transcranial direct current stimulation.
În articol sunt analizate şi sistematizate efectele adverse ale stimulării transcraniene
directe cu curent continuu în baza analizei rezultatelor tratamentului a 1120 pacienţi cu afecţiuni
ale sistemului nervos central şi periferic. Se propune divizarea efectelor adverse în locale şi
generale. Efectele adverse generale pot fi grupate în reacţii fiziologice tranzitorii, agravarea
semnelor patologice existente, apariţia dereglărilor noi în procesul tratamentului şi formarea
dependenţei faţă de stimularea directă electrică transcraniană.
