Abstract:
Using the release therapy on the trigger points, post-isometrical relaxation of cervical
muscles, spinal mobilization and manipulation of the cranio-cervical segment (CO-C1, C1-C2
C2-C3) and of the and of other segment of the spine in the cranio–sacral axis, decreased painful
syndrome, registered with VAS, normalized mobility of the cervical spine evaluated by Cervical
Range of Motion Instrument (CROM), normalized values of the blood flow and vascular
resistance in the vertebral arteries and veins vertebral recorded by ECO - DG at the beginning
and at the end of treatment, equilibrated the electrical activity of the muscles of the cervical
spine.

Utilizarea release terapiei pe punctele triger, relaxările post-izometrice ale musculaturii
cervicale, mobilizările şi manipulări vertebrale ale segmentul cranio-cervical (CO-C1; C1-C2;
C2-C3) şi a colonei vertebrale în cadrul axului cranio-sacral, au diminuat sindromului algic,
inregistrat cu ajutorul scalei VAS, normalizat mobilitatea coloanei cervicale evaluată cu ajutorul
gonimetrului CROM, a normalizat valorile fluxul sanguin şi a rezistenţei vasculare pe arterele
vertebrale şi venele vertebrale, înregistrate cu ECO – DG la începutul şi sfîrsitul tratamentului, a
normalizat activitatea electrică a muşchilor coloanei cervicale posterioare, înregistrată cu EMG
musculaturii zonei cranio-cervicale.
