Abstract:
The Anorexia is a psychiatric pathology which has ben increasins dramatically recently.
In most cases it could be seen in pearson in the state of puberty and adolescence. It’s very
important to note that this pathology affects the psyche and the reproductive system. the
manifestations of the diseas over time require psychiatric and gynecologcal treatment.
Pubertal patients who develop anorexia have a higher incidence of premorbid affective
disorders and detrimental impact on genital development, which is manifested by the delay of
menarche, eunucoid type of the skeletal growth. Namely these affective and somatic disorders,
determine the cause of relapses and one of the factors of chronic anorexia.
Anorexia nervoasă reprezintă o patologie psihiatrica incidența carea în ultimul timp
creste dramatic. Fiind întîlnită mai des la persoanele în stadiul pubertați și adolescenței. Este
important de menționat faptul că această patologie afectează atît pshiicul cît și somaticului cel
mai des avînd de suferit sistemul reproductiv. Manifestările bolii ce aduc prejudicii sănătăți nu
rare ori ajung în aria consultărilor și tratamentului medical atît psihiatric cît și ginecologic.
Pacienții prepubertali care dezvoltă anorexie au o incidență mare a tulburărilor afective
premorbide precum și un impact nefast asupra dezvoltări aparatului genital manifestinduse
foarte des prin întîrzierea menarhei, amenoree primară, uter și anexe subdezvoltate, creștere
scheletală tip enucoid și osteoporoza precoce.. Anumae aceeste dereglări afective și somatice
pot determina gradul de severitate deseorii fiind cauze a recidivelor și unul din factorii de
cronicizare a anorexiei nervoase.
