Abstract:
This article presents epidemiologic data, etiopathogenetic data, including hereditary
factors, psychological stress, and influences of family climate on the Attention Deficit
Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) symptoms from the childhood to maturity. It also contains
information referring to clinico-evolutive aspects of the disease, to associated diseases, and
treatment strategies. Therefore, a complex therapeutical program will include specific
stimulants and non-stimulants, which have shown their efficiency during different studies.
În articol sunt prezentate date epidemiologice, etiopatogenetice, inclusiv factorii
ereditari, stresul psihologic, influenţa mediului familial în Tulburarea hiperchinetică cu deficit
de atenţie din perioada copilăriei până la maturitate. De asemenea sunt expuse particularităţile
clinico-evolutive ale maladiei, asocierea bolilor concomitente, strategiile de tratament ale
bolnavilor. Programului terapeutic complex va include preparate specifice stimulante şi non
stimulante, care şi-au dovedit eficacitatea în diverse studii.
