Abstract:
The research work includes investigation of 15 patients with confirmed diagnosis of
schizophrenia according to ICD-10 criteria that the were measured symptoms of mental defect
using evaluation scales BPRS, GAF, SANS, PANSS before and after treatment for a period of
two months. There were observed factors that in our point of view would to included in the
group ”risk” for the emergence and development of mental defect. Also we concluded the
mental defect mobility status; considering the reducement of the symptoms under the treatment
influence, mainly with atypical antipsychotics associated with psychosocial rehabilitation.
Lucrarea cuprinde investigarea a 15 pacienţi cu diagnosticul confirmat de schizofrenie
conform criteriilor ICD-10 la care s-au monitorizat simptomele de defect psihic prin
intermediul scalelor de evaluare BPRS, GAF, SANS,PANSS până și după tratament pe o
perioadă de 2 luni. S-au constatat factori care după părerea noastră s-ar include în grupul de
”risc” pentru apariția și evoluţia defectului psihic. Deasemeni am ajuns la concluzia mobilităţii
stării de defect psihic, în sensul diminuării simptomelor sub influența tratamentului,
preponderent cu antipsihotice atipice asociate cu reabilitarea psihosocială.
