Duodenostaza şi impactul ei asupra căilor biliare extrahepatice. Revista bibliografică

Abstract

Duodenostasis is an element of pathogenetic chain responsible for the pathology of the hepatobiliopancreatic zone. This article is a synthesis of publications dedicated to this problem. We examined 198 scientific papers related to duodenostasis and biliary disorders. In the end we established that the role of duodenostasis in biliary pathology is under evaluated, especially in the patients that underwent surgery for improvement or reestablishment of biliary flow.

Duodenostaza este unul din elementele lanţurilor patogenetice imlicate în patologia zonei hepatobiliopancreatice (HBP). Acest articol este conceput ca o sinteză a literaturii de specialitate dedicată acestei probleme. Am examinat 198 lucrări ştiinţifice ce ating tematica duodenostazei şi tulburarilor biliare. În final am constatat că rolul duodenostazei în patologia biliară este subevaluat, mai ales la pacienţii care au fost supuşi intervenţiilor chirurgicale cu scop de ameliorare sau restabilire a fluxului biliar.
