Corelaţiile intoxicaţiei endogene şi răspunsului sistemic inflamator cu schimbările activităţii bioelectrice gastro-intestinale la bolnavii cu sindromul insuficienţei intestinale

Abstract

This study aims at specifying and evaluating correlations of endogenous intoxication and systemic inflammatory response to changes of the bioelectric gastro-intestinal activity in patients with intestinal failure syndrome. There is a connection between endogenous intoxication indices and bioelectrical activity of gastrointestinal disturbances. Implementation of unsophisticated indices for assessing intestinal paresis can optimize medical and surgical conduct, its correction based on the data obtained and ultimately improve outcomes.

Studiul dat are drept scop specificarea şi evaluarea corelaţiilor intoxicaţiei endogene şi răspunsului sistemic inflamator cu schimbările activităţii bioelectrice gastro-intestinale la bolnavii cu sindromul insuficienţei intestinale. Se constată o conexiune între indicii intoxicaţiei endogene şi perturbările activităţii bioelectrice gastro-intestinale. Implimentarea unor indici nesofisticaţi de apreciere a parezei intestinale pot optimiza conduita medico-chirurgicală, corecţia ei în funcţie de datele obţinute şi în final ameliorarea rezultatelor tratamentului.
